User agrees to maintain and update this information to ensure that it is true,
accurate, current and complete. If, at any time, any information provided by User
is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, UploadFloor.com will have the
right to suspend or terminate User's account and this Agreement.
Each User is responsible for all activities originating from his or her account. Accounts cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the User and authorized account sub-users. UploadFloor.com may suspend or terminate the account of Users who share their account with anyone other than the user and authorized account sub-users. Knowingly using a registered account assigned to another person is a violation of UploadFloor.com's terms of use. In addition to violating this policy, the sharing of accounts, passwords or usernames could result in unauthorised activity for which the authorised user will be held responsible. All Users are responsible for the actions of their authorized account sub-users and agree to ensure that their authorized account sub-users abide by the rules set forth in these terms. You must immediately notify UploadFloor.com if you have any suspicion or reason to believe that your account, username and/or password have been misused in any way.
User Data
User has sole responsibility and liability for
the data you store on UploadFloor.com's servers. User controls its data through
its generated link. UploadFloor.com encourages User to archive its data regularly
and frequently; User bears full responsibility for archiving its data and sole
liability for any lost or irrecoverable data. User agrees to maintain its data
in compliance with its legal obligations. UploadFloor.com will delete User data
upon termination of this Agreement.
Child Exploitation
UploadFloor.com
does not permit the uploading of any material that involves the exploitation of
children. Any user found in violation will have their access to our services permanently
removed and their information will be reported to law enforcement. We will cooperate
fully with any criminal investigation into a user's violation of any act of law
concerning child exploitation.
Copyright or Trademark Infringement
UploadFloor.com
Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage
of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export
control laws, is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected
by patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other intellectual
property rights. If you use another party's material, you must obtain prior authorization.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are the author and copyright
owner and/or proper licensee with respect to any hosted content and you further
represent and warrant that no content violates the trademark or rights of any
third party. UploadFloor.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's
transmission(s) that, in UploadFloor.com's discretion, violates these policies
or violates any law or regulation.
Subpoenas
UploadFloor.com may
be required to disclose information to individuals asserting rights under the
DMCA. You hereby authorize UploadFloor.com to release information about you, and/or
the materials, data or files uploaded through our site if required by law or subpoena
without notice to you, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Warranty
You expressly understand and agree that: (a) your use of the Service
is at your sole risk. UploadFloor.com Services are provided on an "as is"

fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all warranties, including but not limited
to warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and

Indemnity

from your use, or use by your authorized account sub-users, of the Service, or

dissatisfied with any aspect of our Service or with these terms & conditions,
or any other rules or policies, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the
Service. You expressly understand and agree that UploadFloor.com shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential exemplary
damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill,
use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility
of such damages)
